• This drain/gully continually floods sometimes taking over a day to drain away, the footpath on this side of the road is particularly narrow therefore pedestrians have to cross a busy road to avoid the flood water. This has been happening for over a year now and is worsening. The drain is outside the driveway for Barn Cottage. Whilst the rain has been persistent today no other drains in Maybury Hill are flooding like this.

• I was waiting to cross the bridge at The Anchor, taking it in turns with other road users. At this point a truck and trailer got stuck on the bridge. The man driving the car behind me became aggressive and got out of his car, started shouting at me and my children in the back seat.
