• This is probably the tenth time I have reported this issue. On each occasion in 2024 the dislodged drain cover was put back in place but not securely meaning that I reported it again and you sent personnel to replace it but with no degree of permanence. Once again it is at 45 degrees and posing a severe risk to the safety of pedestrians. Please repair it asap and once done, please advise me why this procedure will not lead to me reporting the same problem again in a few weeks time. You must be sick of me! Sorry.
