Tree in close proximity to our property is leaning towards our house and one of our adjacent trees. The tree is covered with ivy vines and not maintained

The tree outside our house, 22 Hanson Close, has roots which are damaging the footpath, causing the tarmacadam surface to be uneven, it also appears to be in the move as some roots have become visible on the surface of the grass around it’s base. The canopy of the tree also needs trimming as in recent weeks we have had two cars damaged by falling branches. It is currently too large a tree for it’s location and would benefit as above from a reduction of the crown size.
