• Silt management issue. The entire run off from Bagden Hill and Ranmore Common Road flows down the hills and repeatedly floods Chapel Lane outside Chapel House. Just cleaning the gulleys and ironworks does not address the problem. The problem is the volume of silt and debris that gets washed down to this lowest point. A proper silt management plan is required. Every time there is heavy rain this road is flooded.

• Smokejack Hill was closed for “ patching” on Tuesday. I am utterly astounded that the road has been patched in the wrong place (and the new patching is so bumpy)! The bit of road after the patching is absolutely terrible and the many pot holes will cause a nasty accident before long.
