Overgrown vegetation and plants onto the pavement and has been for months. Last week a van parked on the pavement as the owner is having work done and my children had to walk into the road to pass. This is unacceptable as is a safe route to the Great Bookham School

Tree is a veteran Oak on the front south corner of 19 Murrells Walk. It is understood that this corner piece of land where the Oak is growing is SCC land. This Oak had a crown reduction some years ago. The secondary growth is now doing damage to overhead telephone wires and is getting very close to the house. Another crown reduction of secondary growth is now due. Please advise when you can inspect this tree and advise us of the action you will be taking.
