Ongoing flooding of pavement and road

Two adjacent road drains directly opposite Hatch Lane blocked These two adjacent road drains were cleared in January. The flooding in the roadway then subsided for some 24 hours but returned. The actual outlet from the pipe emanating from the two road drains appears to be clear which seems to indicate that the pipe itself may be blocked half way along, i.e. somewhere under Ockham Lane near the road bridge Further more detailed explanation sent to Guy Whittaker and Andy Treasure. Happy to provide this again.
