The crossing is constantly setting itself off

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

The pedestrian crossing is malfunctioning. It’s constantly setting itself to change the traffic light to red and the crossing to green. Every time it does this, it beeps. It’s loud and constantly going off. It’s also causing traffic to build up repeatedly when there’s no need, making the junction harder to get out of and making the bus stop more dangerous with built up traffic. Please send someone asap. It’s causing traffic problems and is very annoying for everyone living nearby the crossing.
