Vechiles speeding up the hill , too many parent and carers driving poorly and rushing to drop off children to school, parking across residents drive ways and blocking / stopping on hazard lines , children trying to cross the road and cars not stopping , car drivers not stopping when children parent carers trying to cross the road, many young children independently walking to school Chaotic
