2 large piles of cut trees left on verge, encroaching footpath, and encouraging further fly tipping

Reported via Android anonymously at 19:36, Saturday 11 January 2025

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

Hi,

I reported this last week as a fly tip to Woking Council, but they instead said that it was SCC who have cut down the trees and left them on the verge, so have referred it back to yourselves..

Would you be able to come and collect all of this? It looks horrendous, is encroaching on the footpath, and is encouraging further rubbish to be left there (because it looks like a fly tip). Last week someone had dumped a metal kitchen bin on top of it which thankfully has been taken by someone.

Can I enquire as to why all the rubbish was left at the time rather than being taken away as you would expect when the trees were cut down?

Thanks.
