Overflowing ditch on turning

I notified you about this on 10/12/24 but didn’t get a response but have since been informed by neighbours that case has been closed. However the ditches on one side have been cleared but on other are badly overflowing. Vehicles turning onto road splash water onto it which often turns icy. There is an acute bend here renown for accidents. My fear is someone will be seriously hurt. Vachery farm ditches have been cleared but SCC need to do theirs. Where water is stagnant there is continuous rubbish collected - also becoming a health hazard and invitation to fly tippers.
