Speeding traffic.

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

Elgin Road is well-known as a rat-run for local traffic.

Many motorists are using excessive speeds in what is a residential area, used by a number of pedestrians - including school children attending Heathside. Both the road, and the pavements are narrow, with the prospects of an accident increasingly likely.

Please implement (and enforce) a speed limit.
