Drain eithet blocked or not fit for purpose

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

Huge puddle appears every time it rains. Hoe Valley School children unable to use the crossing as water too deep and therefore are forced to cross away from it. Nor sure if it is blocked or bad design of new junction.
