This has been a problem for many months - I first reported it in around April or May, and it has steadily got worse. A few times I have seen workers investigating it and doing some patching repairs which didn't last. At about the end of November I saw three workmen opening it up and inspecting it and they told me that they were checking to see what pipes or cables were in it, so that they could identify who owns it. They said not to worry, it will be fixed very soon. But nothing has happened. Please please get it fixed!
