Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

South of A317 base of Woburn Hill and junction of A318 Addlestonemoor Roundabout. Ditch water full along with runoff into waterlogged grazing field of Hatch Farm KT15 2EH. this is the second year of constant sustained flooding, the tenant reports that SCC know of a blocked culvert and has not been cleared.
