Very noisy manhole cover NOT REPAIRED...

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

Manhole cover at this location remains extremely noisy, constantly banging day & night.

This was reported back in Dec 13th With Ref: 3127586.

SCC marked the issue as "Works Complete, Fixed" On Dec 18th.

Yet, this has not actually been repaired & has since grown steadily worse.
