Risk of falling branches and concern about general stability of silver birch trees follow a trunk falling on Number 8 Hanover Walk during Storm Darragh.

Reported via desktop in the Risk of falling branch category anonymously at 17:52, Mon 16 December 2024

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

Without warning one of the main spars of a silver birch came down onto the rear garden of number 8 Hanover Walk. There are two more trees in front of numbers 9,10 and 11. A couple of big branches on both trees look rotten. I should be grateful if all the silver birches could be inspected for stability and safety.
