Tree not been pollarded in over 5 years at front of property.

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

Tree directly outside 16 Greenlands and the public alley and Tree outside No 18. These trees haven't been pollards in over 5 years. They are breaking away in any type of wind. All the small spindly branches and cause obstruction on the pavement and in the public alley. People have also picked up debris and thrown it onto my drive and vehicles to get it out of their path.
