Road surface crumbling all over with holes

Reported via desktop in the Pothole on a road - More than 150mm wide and more than 40mm deep category anonymously at 18:16, Wed 11 December 2024

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

The whole road from the junction of Arthur road up to the top of the hill has been crumbling for years and has many holes over it. The whole surface is lifting. The part of Arthur road which is currently being resurfaced has been done twice in the time we have been trying to get this done. I do understand it’s a cul de sac and not a main road but it’s so bad now we would really appreciate it if someone could inspect it. I’ve not seen another road unless unadopted in such bad repair. I have more photos if needed. The letter we received for current works on the main part of Arthur road mentions closing from 19 to 77 house numbers so we assumed it included our road as we are all the house numbers in between that. Please please take a look :)
