Poplar tree on my land is raising highway the other side of boundary.

The highway is lifting and I am concernss across to pedestrians.

I have contacted SCC before who referred me to Epsom & Ewell Council tree preservation officer. Jeremy Young ( TPO) has come back to me to say SCC should inspect it first. Either to conduct repairs, cordon off or to widen footway to reduce risk to pedestrians. I have an email from him I can forward to you if required.
