Flooding across the entire road and pavement

Pavement impassable and as the highlighted area in the attached picture shows cars totally drenched the pavement when passing. Cars also drive in the middle of the road on this blind bend - it’s an accident waiting to happen. Location is just past 111 Hi eycrock land on the blind bend.
