Noisy and disturbing. We are currently trying to sell our house and this is putting prospective buyers off as so noisy. Very disturbing at night

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

Very loud and disturbs constantly at night. You just have to drive over it to hear it. Seems to be near the hinges as they lift as tyres move over it. Please can you fix it as so loud and driving me mad. It is right outside the house by our front wall.
