Drain blocked - Deep Flood after Heavy Rain

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

Recent heavy rains have filled the drainage system (assumed soakaway) with silt blocking the drain. Deep flooding now occurs after rain blocking the road. Soakaway needs all silt removing and clean up. Preventative measures needed along Green Dene and along the road to Little Rowbarns to prevent soil run off into the drain.
