Yet Another Inadequate Response from Surrey CC

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

Thank you for yet another response that does not talk to the issues I have raised.

It does not matter what type of road Wharf Road is, although the classification of Wharf Road as a Type 4 road is significantly out of date and not in-keeping with measurements taken by the Council last year and earlier this year copies of which I have. What is of significance is the disruption these road works are causing and the complete failure by the Council to accept it has a duty to the residents of both Lake Road and Wharf Road as well as the wider community to ensure that works are effected quickly and with the minimum of inconvenience. That is not happening and neither is the Council following the Regulations in giving due notice to residents.
