Waterlogged and blocked road

Just informing guildford council/surrey highways of an ongoing problem in Green Dene East Horsley just opposite Rowbarns mannor by the sharp bend 500 yards from the A246. This flooding problem has continued for over four years and no 'Solution' has been achieved by the authorities. Its happened twice this week and I live in a house just before the bend and have cars constantly turning around in my driveway which is extremely annoying. Occasionally a truck is sent to remove the water but this does not solve the underlying problem (probably roots growing in the drains). After four years its about time the problem was investigated, addressed and an actual plan was put in place to sort the problem.
