A blocked storm drain and gully had given rise to flooding.

Outside Rowbarns Grange on left hand side of Green Dene when coming from A246. The drain had been blocked since the flooding last week which was reported to you as an emergency. That flooding took three days to subside. The current flooding appeared after three hours of light rain. This problem is causing a danger to cars who stop suddenly on a sharp bend. It also results in lots of mud and silt on nearby drives. A vulnerable elderly neighbour is particular inconvenienced
