The road closed sign at the top of Titsey Hill is misplaced so dozens of cars are going down the hill to find the road closed and having to do 3-point turns on a fast road. The sign has been placed on the roundabout at the top of the hill so approaching traffic do not know if it applied to Titsey Hill or Clarks Lane. Also turning from Clarks into Titsey you cannot see the sign. Sloppy work is causing chaos and risk!
