Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

Ever since you have so called ‘upgraded’ the lights earlier this year, they have been so much worse. The lights aren’t as smart as they were before. Causing HUGE DELAYS across the local area and whole of Godalming tonight. Some people complaining it took almost an hour to leave Sainsbury's. Please stop wasting taxpayer money and ruining things that worked fine before (these lights and the absolutely awful Godalming train station redesign) aka there are countless huge potholes and roads that turn into rivers across Surrey whenever it rains, maybe focus on those areas first?
