Excessive speed on Lower Road 40mph +

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

The traffic on Lower Road always travels faster than the speed limit, especially in the mornings and early evening. The speed of a majority of cars is well above 30mph with at least a quarter approaching 40mph or more. This impacts on road safety and makes it difficult for residents living on the road to enter and exit their homes safely.

I believe there has been a recent traffic survey in place which should verify this and I would welcome the publication of the results
