Hello. I’ve had SES water attend and Thames water attend and they are both saying that it’s a council issue. The drain in the lay by is blocked resulting in flooding outside my house in the lay by which is a public highway. The drain is full of leaves and debris and a cover has washed away leaving a large open hole into the drain in the lay by. This urgently needs clearing as its resulting in flooding and everything blocked and the hole is dangerous
