Flooding across Mogador Road, Lower Kingswood

Dangerous deep water flooding in the bottom of Mogador Road hill. Fast water running from adjoining farm land across road, creating deep flood and running across into adjoining public footpath. Limited street lights to see the flooded road. My son fell over his handle bars when cycling to work down this road @ 6.45am on Wednesday 27/11/24 and submerged in deep water. He had a bike light but as there were no street lights on it was difficult to see the flood and assess how deep it was. I have a video to show the depth and the fast running water but this page does not enable videos to be uploaded.
