Drain blocked means that water is still flooding road on dangerous bend

The main storm drain is outside Rowbarns grange, Green dene with a further grill opposite. . There is a further manhole cover on the road 20 yards to the north which allows additional access. Unless the drain is clear the road will instantly flood again following the next significant rain
