Flooded road with torrential roadspray across pavement

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

The road was flooded (and flowing)across whole width from junction with East Lane , south to village shops. Drains have been completely blocked for days. Water is coming out of drains at Southern end. Surge and spray from traffic was causing all pedestrians to get soaked - and I mean, completely drenched- on their way to or from school, shops or station.
