Entire road flooded. Causes vehicles to slow down quickly near sharp bend. Storm drain likely blocked.

The flood crosses entire carriage way. It is dangerous as it causes traffic to stop suddenly on a sharp bend. tried to report as an emergency but no-one picked up. The flood built up overnight and doesn’t look like it has gone down. This flood was a very regular occurrence for the last five years but in recent months has been less of an issue. Jason from the highways team has liaised with residents. The problem arises from a blocked storm drain.
