Road blocked with flood water

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

You should be aware that this location that has not flooded in a while due to efforts to help the drainage has now flooded to quite a depth. I know your system doesn't like this type of report but it doesn't mean you shouldn't be aware if the problem
