Block sewage smell

For the last week there has been a sewage smell in the area marked on the map. We have noticed the smell has been lingering inside our property. We have checked all of our appliances pipes, drainage etc and all seems clear. When it rained this week for 2 days the smell seemed to dissipate but has now returned which is leading me to believe it is a bigger issue. My wife works from home with children and as you can imagine this is not the ideal situation
