The owner of number 48 Frimley Green road GU16 7AH has dumped some tree branches on the highway’s grass outside his house. My young son crashed into them on his bike and has injured himself, can these please be removed immediately as they are a danger to the public. We have asked the owner to remove them but he has refused several times.
