Very damaged surface on downhill cycle lane

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

The surface here in the cycle lane is very poor (like someone's had a go with a big hammer for a fair stretch). Cyclists either need to move out into the main lane or reduce to a slow speed (5mph?). Both options feel a bit sketchy when traffic is coming from behind. That it's downhill and just after a pinch point make it feel worse.
