Blocked drain caused road to flood, concealing either dangerous pothole or loose drain cover. I drove over this flooded area earlier today, 23rd November, at around 11.30am and immediately ruptured my front near side tyre. Flooded area is in Okham Lane opposite Hyde Lane, signposted to Bridge End House.
