Block drain at this location for months

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

We understand engineers attended site but the drain is completely blocked. Can this please be added to an urgent request to enable it to be cleared and engineering works undertaken to ensure it does not keep happening? The drain is at a dangerous location on a bend and could cause an accident as vehicles move to the other side of the road to avoid it? This is when it is not on both sides of the road!
