Dangerous new cycle lane obstacles
Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.
I witnessed a cyclist fall off their bike here and hit their head on the pavement at quite a force due to the ridiculous new cycle lane "furniture". The poles and raised cycle lane curbs are absolutely awful. She veered into the raised curb which caused her to propel offer bike. I have also nearly hit one of the poles in my car. the whole thing has not been thought through at all and creates more problems for cyclists than there ever was before.
