Manhole located outside property 'Chestnuts'. Leaks 24/7, even after long dry spells. Already reported to Affinity Water (Ref: Leak96758) who confirm 'Our laboratory has confirmed that the leak is drainage water and is not from our clean water supply network. We've reported this to the local authority to take further action'.
