On road LHD. Has been repair but this repair has now subsided, possible sink hole underneath.

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

This has been repaired several years ago. It has appeared again and could be an additional issue under the surface. It is approximately 300mm wide and 50mm deep.
