Rocking, noisy drain cover

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

The drain cover on Send Road near the entrance to the footpath for upper Sandsfields has begun to rock and make noise. This was fixed a few years ago and we were told it would not happen again. I have reported it early in the hope it doesn't get worse.
