Pedestrian light not working properly

Sent to Surrey County Council 1 minute later.

If i press the button on the corner of the junction while the Farnborough Road traffic is moving, the request cancels when the lights change to Upper Hale Rd. have to press again at this point. I don't know if the problem is the same at all the stations here.
