Blocked drain on Frog Grove Lane

Water coming out of blocked surface water drain at the service road embankment (below No 185). Affinity Water have already investigated and said that it's not clean water that is leaking, nor is it sewage, i.e. it is a SCC issue instead. The water then trickles down towards the location where the significant flooding regularly occurs.
