Unlawful crossover

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

I am supporting the last report of an unlawful crossover on New Lane, Sutton Green opposite the house named Oaklea. An entrance gate has been installed immediately next to the road to gain access to the field. This is dangerous as far as traffic and pedestrians are concerned. Not to mention the land is green belt and should be preserved not developed.
