Speeding traffic any time but worse during rush hour

Sent to Surrey County Council 6 minutes later.

Proposed double yellow lines will increase the traffic speed. In my immediate area there are several very young children on both sides of the road. On street parking opposite Pilgrims Garth and East Burdens forces the traffic for slow down. If SCC proceed with the yellow line proposal a major accident or even a fatality will occur. This is a definite! May I please have a contact at SCC to discuss this issue. Thank you
