FYI Re-turfing the grass

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

Hi team - not reporting an issue, I'm just letting you know that the grass verge outside my house has been worn away due to large vehicles accessing my driveway during building works over a couple of years.

I'm going to re-level and re-turf/re-seed the small section of verge to make it look nice again. No chance of the grass growing back as its mostly mud. Hope that is OK. No public safety risk here.
