Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

The manhole cover at the junction of The Avenue and Cleveland Road is breaking up again. It’s a high traffic area, it’s absolutely on the line as people turn in at the junction, and now it’s going again, it’s getting worse quite quickly.

(While you’re there, there’s a few starting again down the middle of Cleveland.)
