Manhole cover on westbound side of East St close to Thai. Lotus Land has been rocking for a couple of weeks now. Very loud when cars go over it. Kids bedrooms overlook it so is disturbing at night time. Tarmac is deteriorating around it so will become a driving hazard before long.
